Power Plus Productions Takes CREW Network Annual Convention International

Power Plus Productions had the incredible honor of traveling to Vancouver, Canada, to produce CREW Network’s Annual Convention—our third consecutive year partnering with this inspiring organization. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Vancouver Convention Centre, the event brought together over 1,000 professionals from around the world to network, learn, and champion women’s advancement in commercial real estate.

About CREW Network

Founded in 1989, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network has grown into the premier business organization dedicated to advancing women globally in the commercial real estate industry. With over 12,000 members worldwide, CREW Network drives transformation through networking opportunities, leadership development, research, and career outreach—working tirelessly toward gender parity across the industry.

A True Partnership in Production

When CREW Network reached out to us once again following multiple successful collaborations, they were looking for more than a vendor—they needed a partner. Their vision called for a full-service production team that could support them from pre-planning to final show cue. Our team at Power Plus Productions answered that call by becoming an extension of theirs, ensuring every detail was flawlessly executed.

International Execution with Seamless Precision

This year’s conference presented a new challenge: international logistics. With warehouses in both San Diego and Salt Lake City, our team expertly coordinated cross-border transport of equipment and crew, working hand-in-hand with Canadian customs and logistics providers. From clerical documentation to freight handling, we handled all the complexities so CREW could focus on their event.

Led by experienced department heads and our on-site Production Manager, our team built a beautiful and functional General Session environment, transforming the Vancouver Convention Centre into an unforgettable space for keynotes, panels, and award presentations.

Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility

CREW Network places a high value on inclusion—and so do we. For this event, we prioritized accessibility with live Closed Captioning throughout the General Session, projected on dedicated outboard screens for all attendees. In addition, we incorporated ADA-compliant stage ramps, ensuring every speaker could access the stage with dignity and ease.

Breakouts and Beyond

With numerous large-scale breakouts scheduled throughout the multi-day event, our team maintained a tight schedule and executed seamless transitions. Our calm, focused approach ensured smooth launches for each session, reinforcing CREW Network’s reputation for excellence.
