Power Plus Productions Delivers Full-Scale AV for the Prestigious PTTOW! Summit at Deer Valley Montage

Power Plus Productions was proud to serve as the exclusive AV producer and equipment provider for the highly acclaimed PTTOW! Summit, held June 2–4, 2024, at the luxurious Montage Deer Valley and Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah. This invite-only gathering is renowned for bringing together the most visionary leaders—CEOs, CMOs, artists, and influencers—from over 70 industries to share insights, spark innovation, and build meaningful relationships.

From the moment planning began, we knew this event would be special. The challenge? To create an environment that inspires creativity and collaboration while supporting a packed agenda of world-class speakers, breakout sessions, and unforgettable entertainment—all across two venues. And we delivered.

Transforming Spaces Into Experiences

The General Sessions took place under a 30-meter tent built on the Grand Lawn at the Montage, which we transformed into a high-end, immersive experience. Our team designed and installed a stunning 2mm curved LED video wall, deployed a flown and ground-supported L-Acoustics audio system, and utilized moving LED lighting to support everything from keynote addresses to live entertainment.

Meanwhile, the Stein Eriksen Lodge played host to the high-energy opening night party, featuring custom DJ booths, aerialist performances, and a visually captivating atmosphere filled with fog effects and lighting design tailored to each performance.

Collaboration Across Every Level

From the early site visits to the final show call, Power Plus Productions coordinated with dozens of partners including two five-star resorts, a tent vendor, a destination management company, a graphics team, and over 20 high-profile speakers and entertainers. With each stakeholder bringing their own unique vision and requirements—some with detailed riders—clear communication, flexibility, and attention to detail were essential. Our wireless comm system kept everyone in sync, ensuring that every cue was hit and every moment was elevated.

A Star-Studded Lineup

We were honored to support an extraordinary lineup of speakers and performers, including Katie Couric, Reed Hastings, Roman Tsunder, Paris Hilton, Andra Day, Janelle Monáe, and many more. Working closely with Paris Hilton and 11:11 Media was a standout highlight for our team—true professionals with a creative vision that aligned perfectly with the high-caliber production values of the event.
