Epley brings over a decade of experience across live events, venue management, partnerships, and premium sales, having held key roles with industry-leading organizations including Live Nation, Kia Forum, Los Angeles Angels, Van Wagner Sports, and SilverLakes Park.

Throughout his career, Epley has built a reputation for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and executing high-impact live experiences. His background spans both the venue and client side of the business, giving him a unique perspective on event production and a deep understanding of client expectations.

His exposure to high-level production environments helped shape his appreciation for the detail, creativity, and execution required to deliver exceptional live experiences.

He later advanced into leadership roles with Van Wagner Sports, where he managed sponsorship sales and activations for major collegiate basketball tournaments, and with the Kia Forum and Los Angeles Angels, where he led premium seating sales and VIP experiences, managing high-value client relationships.

Most recently, Epley served as Director of Sales at SilverLakes Park, where he focused on booking concerts and special events while building relationships with promoters and identifying opportunities involving third-party production partners.

In his new role at Power Plus Productions, Epley will lead sales strategy and business development initiatives across the company, working closely with internal teams and clients to expand partnerships, drive growth, and continue delivering high-quality production experiences nationwide.
