Here are some of the latest solutions we are implementing to make events safe and effective:
- UVC Disinfection. Power Plus Productions has partnered with the leading manufacture of UV disinfection devices capable of disinfecting entire rooms without the use of chemicals and significant amounts of labor.When it comes to our own warehouse, studio and other working areas we employ the use of a smaller device to handle areas of smaller square footage. Assuring that all equipment and work areas remain virus free. Power Plus Productions clients and employees can have confidence in our commitment to their well-being.
While on show site, we provide an enclosed unit for a quick 10-minutes or less disinfection of commonly used small items that can be placed inside, such as: microphones, cables, laptops, and other equipment in this size range. We take every precaution to ensure that every piece of equipment is disinfected before it touches another hand between uses.
- Hybrid Events. The show must go on and with hybrid events you maintain your presence and engage audiences safely both virtually and in-person. Power Plus Productions provides the latest technology to stream your event online and storage systems with interfaces that allow attendees to review your content as long as you wish to make it available.
- P 3 Studio. We are excited to announce the development of our own in-house studio. Virtually staging your event in a studio gives endless possibilities for the environment you wish to create. We’ve carved out a section of our warehouse dedicated to creating virtually staged environments capable of executing top-level lighting, sound and video production. Built on the backbone of the latest and most advanced technology you can be confident that your streamed/virtual event goes off without a glitch.
